Curtis Donaldson founds Clean Fueling Technology (CFT), headquartered in Georgetown, Texas. First propane dispenser built for American Propane in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and first dispenser shipped out of country to Mexico. |

CFT replaces Conoco propane dispensers in Denver, Colorado with Gilbarco dispensers, which marks the beginning of a decade long relationship with Gilbarco and initiates an up-fit business. |

CFT receives UL approval for the Gilbarco Advantage Propane dispenser, the only UL approved complete dispenser system for propane to date. |

Partnership formed with Thermogas, a retail propane division of Mapco, to explore a nationwide approach to propane motor fuel sales. The company moves to Market Street in Georgetown and hires Wayne Moore to create Espagas in Celaya, Gto. and within 18 months grows the business to $22 million dollars of sales. |

CleanFUEL USA (CFUSA) is founded with the idea of strategically installing 24-hour fuel stations in metropolitan markets. |

CFUSA places its first stations in Denver, Colorado with the acquisition of six stations from Conoco. |

CFUSA builds seven stations in Phoenix, Arizona. |
| 2003 |
CFUSA establishes stations with Delta Liquid Energy in Southern California. |

Company expands with creation of CleanFUEL India. Icom North America and CFUSA sign distribution agreement. |
