Grants will be available for Delaware-based businesses and fleet owners who want to help expand the state’s network of alternative fueling stations, according to the Delaware Division of Energy & Climate.
Grants of up to $500,000 will be available on a competitive basis. Applicants must be a Delaware-based business, county, municipality, state agency, academic institution or nongovernmental organization.
Applications are due by 4:30 p.m. Feb. 29. A pre-application conference call will be held from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Nov. 16.
About $1.4 million is available for equipment including DC fast electric vehicle-charging stations; and natural gas, propane and hydrogen fueling stations.For more information, visit de.gov/cleantransportation or call 735-3480.
